HIC invites you to join our internship program. We welcome interns who can provide new ideas and new perspectives for advancing our mission to protect Hawaii’s families against vaccine-preventable diseases.
While interns have injected new energy into our initiatives, we provide interns with unique and valuable opportunities for hand-on experience in the field of public health promotion and communication. Our interns have worked on public service announcements promoting immunization, updates to our long-term strategic plans, and pursuit of grants to expand funding for the coalition. In addition, an internship with HIC offers opportunities to connect with our network of public health professionals, medical care providers, and other partners.
